    Nansu Yati Soe was born on 18 September in Yangon, Myanmar.

    She was an ethnic Shan-Burmese descent. She is the middle daughter of Soe Lin, a businessman and chairman of Echo Trading Co., Ltd, and his wife Tin Tin Win. Nansu has an elder brother and younger brother.[3] She attended high school at Basic Education High School No.
